Breakfast is its own restaurant category in the United States. Diners serve eggs, pancakes, hash browns and bottomless coffee from early morning, sometimes around the clock; breakfast and brunch restaurants open around 7 and close in the early afternoon; delis and sandwich shops sell egg sandwiches and bagels to go and switch to lunch by 11. Weekend brunch, roughly 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is the busiest shift of the week, and well-known spots run waits of 30 to 60 minutes; many now take reservations or a waitlist through an app. Expect large portions, free refills on drip coffee and a tip of 15 to 20 percent for table service. Creperies, waffle houses and bistros round out the group with sweeter or European-style menus.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7 amโ4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Grand Prairie is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Grand Prairie is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I honestly donโt know why this restaurant doesnโt have 5 stars. The food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. They have the best chilaquiles in the area. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Food is always good. Got food dropped on me once and on another instance we were given blankets where we were sat the front door would let cold air from outside would hit us directly, one of the waiters came and took a blanket that was plcesd next to my child to give it to a grown person ( we were still getting adjusted and looking at the menu). The place is too small, there's always a wait. Some of the food portions are on the smaller side and thre price is on the higher side

Stopped in for brunch on a Sunday around 1250. There was a long wait, about 1hr & 15 min. There was people outside waiting to be seated. The staff was polite & put us on a wait list were you can check to see your number in line & browse the menu. Everything looked so good! They called us once ready. It is a small place for the amount of customers they get. The seating next to others is very close. It is well lit & decorated. The fans were going & was a little chilly but asked to turn them off & they had no problem doing so. I ordered the agua de jamaica & my friend the cafee de olla. I had the Spicy omelet & my friend the chilaquiles verdes. We split the stuffed cream cheese concha & I took a pastel de elote with dulce de leche ice cream to go. It was all so good. I was observing all the food being brought out & everything looked delicious! The portions were pretty big as well! Will definitely be going back soon!

Absolutely LOVE this place. It is a small establishment we got there and there was no wait (which I had heard is usually standard). We got the cafe de olla which was hot and delicious as well as a concha con nata. For entrees I got a chilaquile torta and it was DELICIOUS. Big portions, full of flavor, and everything tasting made from scratch. Orange juice is also natural and fresh. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good brunch option we will be coming back and trying more things.
